BONUS PROGRAM
Terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Terms of Use.
This Bonus Program shall apply to any User who has a registered account in the Software that is not banned, blocked or subjected to any sanctions or limitations and who has accepted the terms of the Bonus Program.
Access to the Software is provided by Cupo Corp Limited (“CUPO”), a company registered under the laws of Colorado, USA (141 Union Blvd Ste 101 Lakewood CO 80228-1837 US).
All matters not regulated by the Bonus Program shall be subject to the Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Program and the Terms of Use, the provisions of the Bonus Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) shall apply.
CUPO is entitled to change the Program in accordance with Section 2 of the Terms of Use.
This Program is written in English. Any translated version is provided solely for your convenience. To the extent any translated version of this Program conflicts with the English version, the original version in English shall prevail.
BY CHECKING THE BOX “USE BONUSES” YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF THIS PROGRAM.
- By participating in promotions or sweepstakes held by CUPO you may receive bonuses according to rules which are determined at the discretion of CUPO. These rules will be presented to you within the Software.
- 1 (one) bonus equals 1 (one) US dollar.
- Bonuses can be used only to pay Subscription fees.
- Bonuses are listed in a separate account from the Primary and Referral accounts.
- If you have received bonuses and wish to use them to pay for a Subscription, you have to check the box “Use bonuses” when choosing a Subscription option (“Tariff”).
- Bonuses can be used to pay Subscription fees until the value of the bonus is spent. If there is not enough bonuses left, both bonuses and the funds on the Primary account are used to pay Subscription fees (or the funds only if the number of bonuses you have is 0).
