REFUND POLICY
Terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Terms of Use.

This Policy is written in English. Any translated version is provided solely for your convenience. To the extent any translated version of this Policy conflicts with the English version, the original version in English shall prevail.
BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF USE YOU ACCEPT PROVISIONS OF THIS REFUND POLICY AND AGREE TO BOUND BY THEM.
CUPO is entitled to change the Refund Policy in accordance with Section 2 of the Terms of Use.
- Subscription is active during the entire period paid for. You cannot cancel your active Subscription, but after it expires You may refuse to renew your Subscription and withdraw funds from your Primary account that haven’t been used to pay for a Subscription. In order to make a withdrawal, visit the “Primary account” section, click “Withdraw/Withdrawal”, then choose a withdrawal method and click “Confirm”.
- The following withdrawal methods are available for you: in US dollars on your PayPal account.
- Deposits are made with the use of third party payment systems that may charge fees for processing payments as well as apply their own exchange rates. CUPO are not responsible for these fees and exchange rates and are not obliged to reimburse them. User pays such fees and rates at his own expense. When withdrawing funds, CUPO charges a fee of 4.99% + $0.50 of the amount that the user withdraws.
- In order to withdraw funds received by you as a participant of the Affiliate Program you should transfer such funds to your Primary account. After the funds are transferred to your Primary account, follow the instructions as described above in Section 1.
- Due to the nature of the Software as a digital product and the fact that you receive access to paid components of the Software as soon as you pay for a Subscription, we offer no refunds for a Subscription, including for periods when You did not use access to the Software.
- The withdrawal may be subject to limitations presented to you within the Software prior to withdrawal (for example, we may apply a minimal withdrawal amount and limit the withdrawal methods).
